Eclipsing the competition

21st Century Case Management available now

Our 2016 Community Conference was a great success, with 100% of responding delegates saying that they felt more confident about our future strategy following the event. Existing customers were invited to the event to witness the release of our new case management system, Eclipse, whilst also getting the chance to hear from expert speakers in Social Care.

Built from the ground up, Eclipse, has been specially designed to address the challenges of health care professionals and social workers in the 21st century. The rich functionality contained within Eclipse, speeds up and takes the complexity out of health and social care recording. It has been designed with the user in mind.

The main theme of the event was ‘celebrating the past, delivering the future’. It is a key statement to take into our 25th year, as while this year is a time for celebration and reflection, it is also a time to focus on the future. The launch of Eclipse marks a huge milestone for us.

Platform for Care: 21st Century technology for the social care sector

Kevin Payne, Managing Director, opened up the Conference and emphasised our focus on delivering the future. During his presentation, which you can view here, Kevin spoke about our customers. In his words, ‘Our customers are our greatest asset and without you, we wouldn’t be here today.’

Over the past 25 years, we have taken customers through three different technology upgrades, with Eclipse being the fourth. Throughout all of these changes, we are very proud of the fact that we have never left a customer behind. The consistent changes and desire to improve our quality of service, show that we are a company dedicated to the future, dedicated to improving the lives of those who use our service. With 84 new customers over the past five years and high (and increasing) customer satisfaction rate, it seems as though you agree.

Designed for the user

When researching and designing Eclipse, we kept the user at the forefront of our minds and designed it alongside more than 300 health and social care practitioners. We wanted to keep our user in mind at all times. We wanted to create a product that would truly revolutionise the industry and we believe that we have done just that. One of our early adopters, Resolve Care, have been using Eclipse for more than a year and in that time they have received two ‘Outstanding’ accreditations the Care Quality Commission. Extracts from their glowing reports include:

'The care plan format was easy for people who used the service to understand.'

'The new system...means that people's health and well-being can be monitored closely and any changes identified, and treated without delay.'

On the shoulders of giants: Eclipse is the first social care case management system built with open source

Eclipse was built alongside a million Java Developers and truly emphasises our support of Open API’s and working alongside talented people. We are the first social care provider to sign up to TechUk’s Open Charter and subsequently held the conference at their offices.

We believe that Eclipse will revolutionise the industry and continue to support the 37,000 practitioners that we currently work with. For more information and to arrange a free, no obligation demonstration of Eclipse, please contact us now.
